30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible

  • Include all original accessories and components

  • Have been used only as intended

Returns requested after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund.

Return Authorization

To begin a return, please contact us at info@vaelopet.com before sending your item back.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos of the product if it is damaged or defective

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

We also reserve the right to refuse returns if an item has been misused, altered, damaged after delivery, or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as VaeloPet is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Order Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
