Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery time after shipment is 5–9 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
VaeloPet is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to update your order before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work with trusted shipping carriers, occasional delays may occur that are outside of our control.
